IMPORTANT: This is a PAUSE, not a cancellation. I understand and agree to the following terms regarding my subscription pause:

  1. Billing After Pause: After my selected pause period ends (30 or 60 days), my subscription will automatically restart on the same billing frequency, and I will be charged for the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for this billing.

  2. No Cancellation During Pause: This pause does NOT cancel my subscription. If I wish to cancel after the pause period, I must provide 30 days' written notice. The billing that occurs when my pause ends will serve as my 30-day notice period, during which I will retain full access to the platform.

  3. One Pause Per Year: I am permitted one (1) pause per calendar year for the duration I select (30 or 60 days).

  4. No Refunds: Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for billing that occurs after the pause period ends. By pausing my subscription, I acknowledge that I will be charged when the pause concludes and that this charge is non-refundable.

  5. Platform Access: During the pause period, I will not have access to the AudienceLab platform. Access will be restored when billing resumes.
